I came here for an authentic omakase experience with my wife and two boys, and we were all very impressed. We had been looking for a good omakase spot near our home in Suwanee, and we finally found a real one. I learned that the chef previously worked at a hotel, and you can really tell from the quality and attention to detail. The service was excellent, and the sushi and nigiri were superb. Everything tasted very fresh and carefully prepared. I especially enjoyed the appetizers and the miso soup. This is definitely a high-end omakase experience, so the price is on the higher side, but that was expected—and it was absolutely worth it. One thing I really liked was that the chef also offered an encore option, so we could choose our favorite pieces and enjoy them again. The only downside was that they had just opened, so their liquor license was still pending. However, the chef told me that until it’s approved, guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol, which was a nice touch. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
Mar 30, 2026 · Google ReviewI’m really happy to see more omakase restaurants opening in Atlanta. I’ve already had the chance to try over a dozen, but to be honest, many of them started to feel repetitive — similar menus, predictable experiences, and often leaving me feeling somewhat unsatisfied afterward. Living in the northeast metro area, having to drive all the way down past Midtown was always a bit of a hassle. So when I heard about a new spot opening in Johns Creek, relatively close to home, I was genuinely excited to visit. As expected from a newly opened restaurant, the space felt clean, modern, and well-organized. The chef’s background in French culinary school really showed — there was an elegant and refined touch throughout the menu. The meal started with a few refreshing and vibrant dishes that nicely awakened the palate, followed by the nigiri course. What really stood out was the sheer variety of fish — it felt almost endless. The rice portions were well-balanced, not too heavy, allowing me to enjoy the full course without feeling overly full. To top it off, they offered an encore piece of my favorite bite from the meal — completely complimentary, which was a very thoughtful touch. In terms of ingredient quality and overall execution, it absolutely holds up against other high-end omakase spots. But the biggest surprise was the price — nearly half of what you’d typically expect for this level of quality. I will definitely be coming back again.
Apr 5, 2026 · Google ReviewIm a big foodie and I’ve been to most omakase places here in GA and I highly recommend this place. Loved the variety of fishes here. It was not the common salmon, tuna, eel, combo that you find at most places. Red Snapper, striped jack fish, horse mackerel, etc. Dry aged fish too! Each course was very intentional and truly a omakase (chef’s choice) experience. Chef Min also mentioned how the fish differs by week/season so I am excited to come back another week. Oh and fyi. Mention how handsome he is, he might give you a extra bite 😉
May 2, 2026 · Google ReviewChef Min and his team delivered an unforgettable omakase experience! We visited for Father’s Day dinner that also doubled as my mother’s birthday celebration, and Chef Min made both occasions feel truly honored. From the moment we sat down, his warm, personable, and entertaining style kept us engaged throughout the entire evening. He presented each course with pride and gave thoughtful, informative explanations that enhanced every bite. The fish was exceptionally fresh, some of the best I’ve ever tasted! Each nigiri piece was beautifully executed with perfect balance of flavor, texture, and presentation. We also opted for the sake pairing, and it was flawless~ Each pour complemented the courses beautifully. Having dined at two-Michelin-starred Sushi Noz in New York (with its hefty price tag), I was genuinely impressed by how Tsuki not only matched that level of quality but offered far better value. This is world-class omakase at a more accessible price!! Special shoutout to Chef Min’s incredibly attentive assistant, who kept our drinks refreshed, maintained impeccable place settings, and ensured everything ran seamlessly. We left raving and will definitely be returning soon. Tsuki Omakase is an absolute gem, HIGHLY recommended!
Jun 21, 2026 · Google ReviewI don’t usually write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves one. I’ve been here twice already—once in May and again in June—and what impressed me most was that the menu was almost completely different each time. The chef truly embraces seasonality, so every visit feels fresh and gives you a real sense of what is in season. The chef is incredibly passionate about fish. Instead of serving the same common fish you can find at every sushi restaurant, he sources seasonal fish directly from Japan, allowing guests to experience ingredients that are only available at certain times of the year. The appetizers and desserts follow the same philosophy, making the entire omakase feel thoughtfully curated around the season. With a French culinary background, the chef creates beautiful, creative dishes that blend French techniques with traditional Japanese cuisine. While the appetizers are innovative, the nigiri remains wonderfully traditional. The fish is exceptionally fresh, perfectly aged, and prepared with great respect for each ingredient. The course is generous, satisfying, and leaves you pleasantly full. Beyond the food, the chef has a great personality, keeps the atmosphere lively, and makes the entire experience enjoyable. The sake selection is also outstanding and one of the most impressive I’ve seen. I’m genuinely happy that a restaurant like this has opened so close to home. I rarely leave reviews, but I sincerely hope this restaurant continues to thrive because places like this are worth supporting. Without a doubt, this is the best sushi/omakase experience in town. While it’s certainly not inexpensive, I honestly think it’s very reasonably priced for the quality, creativity, and generosity of the experience. I can’t wait to come back next season to see what the chef creates next.
