There’s plenty of parking in the plaza. It’s in the same plaza as Regal Theatre, so we decided to stop by for dinner after a movie on a whim. It was around 8 PM on a Thursday night, and the place was pretty empty. There were only two occupied tables including us. The service was simple but friendly. Since it’s a tonkatsu place, most of what we ordered was fried: - Mentai Cheese Stick: It was okay. I mostly tasted the cheese rather than the cod roe, and it was a bit salty. - Chicken Katsu - Shrimp Katsu - Pork Katsu Because most of our order consisted of katsu dishes, the flavors started to blend together a bit. There wasn’t a huge difference in taste between the chicken and pork katsu. The restaurant itself is clean and has separate booth seating, which gives a nice sense of privacy. The food was good, but not quite as impressive as I hoped for from a tonkatsu-focused restaurant. Quality-wise, it felt more like a high-quality fast food chain rather than a traditional Japanese restaurant specializing in tonkatsu. The meat and shrimp quality were decent but fairly average overall. Nothing to really complain about, but also nothing especially memorable or rave-worthy.

I highly recommend their $10 lunch special! It’s an amazing value, and the food is just as impressive as the price. My son usually refuses to try new foods, but after having Japanese curry here for the first time, he absolutely loved it. He kept asking to come back for more curry after we got home! The pork cutlet was perfectly crispy, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the restaurant was spotless. It’s hard to find a lunch this good at this price in Johns Creek. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The best katsu I've had in the area. Atmosphere is relaxed and easy going and servers are attentive and friendly. Their premium tonkatsu meal is made with pork ribeye. Savory and fried to perfection with just the right seasoning and texture. Their rice itself is made with care. Something many might not pay attention to, but the balance of how the rice is prepared is a great complement to the whole meal itself. If your into katsu and donburi, this is the place to go.

This place was recommended by a friend, and it did not disappoint. I got the premium Tonkatsu and it was so perfectly prepared. The meat was hot, and the breading was golden and crunchy. The soup, the potato croquettes… EVERYTHING was amazing! I will definitely come back again 🙂

This was our first visit with my daughters. We each tried a different chicken dish, and we also ordered Takoyaki as a starter. The Takoyaki was lightly smoky and beautifully presented. The crispiness of the chicken was fantastic, and the flavor was just as great. However, the curry dish had a very strong curry sauce and taste, which the children didn't enjoy very much. We would go again, and I think we would only order the chicken breast katsu and chicken thigh katsu.
