William NellerCole was amazing! He took the time to walk me through the foot scanner and go over the results with me. He was super knowledgeable when explaining the results to me and what everything meant. We then went to try out and pick the right shoes based on my results and lifestyle. He brought out 4 or 5 pairs to try on. The whole experience was easy and I can’t wait to try on my new form fitting running shoes. I will definitely be back!

From the moment we started, she was patient, attentive, and genuinely focused on my comfort and needs, not just making a sale. I have pretty complex foot needs (plantar fasciitis, high instep, low arch, and between wide and double wide), and she navigated all of it effortlessly. She immediately knew the right size conversions, asked really great questions, and watched closely how I walked in each shoe. When I gravitated toward a pair I liked the look of, she was honest with me and told me the support wasn't quite right for what I was dealing with, and I really appreciated that. She was an advocate first, expert second. I walked out with two pairs of shoes and two custom insoles, knowing it was going to be an investment and feeling confident in every single purchase. Highly recommend, especially if you have plantar fasciitis or any specific shoe needs. Ask for Kirsten. She's exceptional!

Jenn ZThey have Very knowledgeable staff. They used a fitting device to take 3-D pictures of my feet and analyzed the shape of my feet. Watched how I walked and carefully selected a few pairs for me to try on. I got a pair of perfectly fit Nike shoes at the end! I also brought the inserts they suggested for my left foot to help with my walking / Running. Good place to shop running shoes. They have lots of options here!
