I’ve been to several theaters in this chain, and the overall experience is usually very consistent. The auditoriums are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The main differences from one location to another are usually the seating design and the customer service. One thing I really love about this location is its location. It’s in a lively plaza surrounded by restaurants, cafés, dessert shops, and ice cream places. You can easily enjoy dinner before the movie or grab dessert afterward without having to drive anywhere else. It’s a great place to spend the entire evening with family or friends. One feature that really stood out at this location was the seating. While the recliners don’t lean back as far as the ones at some other locations because of the wall behind them, each seat has a swivel tray table, which I haven’t seen at the other theaters in this chain. It’s perfect for holding food, snacks, or drinks without balancing everything on your lap. I actually liked this feature a lot, and it made eating during the movie much more convenient. My only real disappointment was the customer service. While waiting to buy tickets, I noticed a few employees chatting with each other even though customers were standing at the counter waiting. They looked over but didn’t acknowledge anyone right away, which made the service feel less attentive than what I’ve experienced at other locations. Overall, it’s still a clean, modern theater that lives up to the brand’s high standards. The excellent location and the convenient tray tables are definite highlights. I’m giving this location 4 stars instead of 5 solely because of the customer service. If the staff were a little more attentive and welcoming, this would easily be a 5-star theater.

The place is very nice, clean, and organized. The staff is very friendly, and the entry was easy and quick. I bought the tickets from the app. The movie was scheduled for 10:45, but it started at 11:10. The seats are super comfortable, and the screen and sound are good.

Went here to watch a Bollywood movie and ended up more impressed by the cleanliness than the film. I’m not kidding — these might be the cleanest public restrooms. The interior is… let’s call it “retro on purpose” (even though I’m pretty sure it’s not). The seats definitely deserve a retirement plan, or a revamp also the carpet at some places are hanging in there like true veterans. Staff was very friendly, place was organized, and despite the old-school look, everything just works.
