The Patio is one of those great "hole-in-the-wall" spots that is everything it needs to be and never changes. I've been eating and ordering bakery items from The Patio since I got my first "indoor" job at Target, next door, in '07 and it's been a regular ever since because it always pleases. It's the type of place the old folks communities get the bus cranked up for, so expect an early lunch rush with good people watching. I've been asking the staff for about a decade, "when are y'all going to start selling t shirts?" Staff is all nice, handpicked family and friends, cute, respectful girls. Dining fare is simple but not humble- prepared with pleasant pride. Decor has a few diy homely touches. Custom baked orders are excellent every time.

Just went to pick up lunch at the patio. Asked for one favorite with normal adds and one with two egg salad and one chicken salad. That one was correct but the regular one had no egg salad and the smallest finger sandwiches ever. So cheap and ridiculous. They didn’t put the pink sauce in the orders or the extra muffins. So sad that this place has gone downhill. I drove from Roswell and so disappointed. See picture for the one bite sandwich.

We love the Patio for so many reasons. I get my weekly piece of cake there and the chicken ranch wrap is to die for. But to top it off, we ordered the cake, cupcakes and cookies for my daughter's birthday from there. The staff was great to work with and everything looked and tasted great. The cake was perfectly fresh and moist. We are definitely going back there for any future orders.

If you are looking for an amazing bakery and a great place for sandwiches look no further. You can find it right at The Patio beside the Target in Duluth. I have gone to the Patio for lunch twice. The Patio is consistently great. Upon entering this establishment you are made feel welcome by the staff. They have an amazing selection of soups, sandwiches, salads and an amazing bakery. The Patio has plenty of seating indoors and outside. The restaurant is very clean and has clean restrooms also. It should be noted I am from Dublin, Ireland originally have traveled all over the world with the United States Marine Corps. Also traveled all over the United States. I definitely rank The Patio very high on my list for great sandwiches!! The Philly cheesesteak is absolutely delicious!!! You won’t leave here disappointed. As stated in the above if you are looking for great sandwiches, soups, salads and baked goods look no further!!! You will find it all at The Patio. The Patio rates five stars and more!!! A must visit if you are in the Duluth area. Lastly The Patio also offers food orders to go!! I definitely will be returning in the near future.
