I had an amazing experience here. My husband booked a package for our anniversary. I’m a Black woman with locs, so I wasn’t sure if they were familiar with how to wash my hair type. But they exceeded my expectations…really got in my scalp. Tracy wasn’t shy at all and handled it. My hair smells absolutely wonderful…better than when I leave the salon.

I had an amazing experience at Lam Lam Head Spa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and extremely relaxing — the perfect escape to unwind and reset. The overall vibe was peaceful and luxurious. They started the service with aromatherapy, which immediately set the tone and helped me relax before the treatment even began. Tracy took care of me, and she was absolutely wonderful — professional, attentive, and very intentional about my comfort throughout the entire experience. The scalp treatment was incredible and deeply relaxing. The massages were top-tier and helped release built-up tension, and the facial was gentle, refreshing, and left my skin feeling clean and rejuvenated. Everything flowed seamlessly and never felt rushed. They finished the experience with a warm cup of tea, which was the perfect, thoughtful touch to bring everything together and ease back into the day. Customer service from start to finish was excellent. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely renewed. If you’re looking for a head spa that offers aromatherapy, amazing scalp care, massages, a facial, and a truly calming experience from start to finish, Lam Lam Head Spa is absolutely worth it. Just stopped by this place since they were having their 50% off Soft Opening and got the 65mins Luxury package in which they take care of your scalp, hair, facial and it even comes with a touch of massage for your back and hands. For $70 including tips this is a steal for those that wants a refreshing start for the fall and winter time! My therapist Tracey took very well care and she's also very attentive as well. You can tell her to adjust the temperature to your liking or even the pressure of the massage! Overall 10/10 experience for the first time here, I will be back soon!

My sister and I went today and had a fabulous experience! The facial portion of the service was incredible, the massage and hair cleaning was thorough and relaxing. Also appreciate that they have size inclusive robes and thoughtful touches like makeup remover for before and blow dryers for after the service. Highly recommend!
