Great location convenient to JC and the Duluth area. The staff was very friendly and very welcoming. Check in process was not complicated and was fast. Kids enjoyed playing with all the obstacles. Staff was actively cleaning the floors and monitoring the kids.

We had a great experience at Catch Air. It’s a fun, energetic indoor play space that kept the kids entertained for hours. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers a wide variety of play areas for different ages, which makes it great for families with multiple children. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and organized. It can get a bit busy during peak times, but that’s expected for such a popular spot. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for kids to burn energy and have a really fun time.

Excellent indoor playground for little! My 22 month old loved her day here! There were so many things to do and climb on! I liked how there was a special area for littles (under 4) but saw some big kids would go in and roughhouse in that area- which didn’t seem safe for the toddlers. I wish staff members would remind these kids, and their parents, that the toddler area should only be for toddlers. I also saw many adults wearing shoes in the play areas, as well, so I wasn’t sure if shoes were actually allowed or an option? It didn’t seem clear and the staff didn’t say or do anything about it… but if kids are crawling and running around, it doesn’t seem to be very sanitary to allow shoes at all inside the play areas. There is a designated eating area and cafe that was nice. The place itself was pretty clean but some of the equipment was rundown with tearing in some areas. Overall, if you visit with a toddler, just plan to actively watch your own kids, as could get trampled on by bigger kids running around; but the place is worth visiting for all the fun and active things the kids can do to burn off some energy!

Great place Close to home to take my visiting grandchildren. So much fun and the place is clean and well operated. There is an area that is limited to children ages four and Under. In that area, there is a ride that children four an under can’t operate. I guess their parents can, but that would mean those parents are in their playing with their children even though other children can’t be in their playing with those children. This was just brought to my attention by my grandchildren. That area might need some restriction But banning older children from going in that area doesn’t quite seem fair when all of the children are allowed in the main play area and the older children just have to be careful of them.

I love this indoor playground, the staff is so friendly and always smiling! It’s clear they care about the kids and creating a welcoming atmosphere. My child had a blast. However, I was a little concerned about the cleanliness of the play area. A few parents were walking around the play zones with shoes on, which isn’t the best when kids are playing on the floor. it would be great if staff could be a little more proactive in reminding parents to either take off their shoes or stay out of the play area altogether. A quick reminder would go a long way in keeping the space cleaner and safer for the kids.
