The most quaint, quality coffee shop you can visit in Johns Creek. I’ve been coming here for many years (didn’t realize I never wrote them a review)! One of the main draws is that Christina the owner is passionate about quality beans. She sources from organic and women owned farmers across the globe when possible. And I notice a huge difference with my energy and no slump after drinking coffee. I also have purchased their beans to grind at home in my own espresso machine and it’s always produced a top notch pour. The store front is within a complex behind the car wash so if you don’t know it’s here, you could miss it. Make sure you don’t 🙂 They are also at the Alpharetta farmers market weekly and you can find their beans being used at many local restaurants now.

I first discovered Cloudland Coffee at their popup booth at the Saturday Alpharetta Farmers Market downtown. Their location near the entrance caught my attention, and I especially appreciated that they were serving pour-over coffee on site—a nice touch that sets them apart. I've enjoyed their coffee and hospitality for several years, but only recently visited their brick-and-mortar location off State Bridge Road in Johns Creek. The shop is tucked away in a hidden retail center that could certainly use some redevelopment someday, but that's a story for another time. Cloudland Coffee is truly a standout business in the center and well worth seeking out. Over the past few months, I've stopped in regularly for a cup of coffee and to purchase freshly roasted beans. My favorite so far has been their Honduras Dark Roast, which offers a smooth, rich flavor profile and is roasted to perfection. I was also pleased to learn that Cloudland is a locally owned business—something I always enjoy supporting, especially when the product and service are exceptional. Do yourself a favor and visit Cloudland Coffee at the Alpharetta Farmers Market or stop by their Johns Creek location. Whether you're looking for a great cup of coffee or a bag of freshly roasted beans to take home, you won't be disappointed. That's a BAM!

I stopped in because this is halfway on my long commute, but I have become a regular at Cloudland. The sunlight pouring through the window in the afternoon is cozy. They play great music, and I often enjoy chatting with the folks here or sitting a reading one of their coffee table books. They also have 2B Whole Gluten/Dairy/Soy free muffins and cookies that are delicious!

The coffee was ok and the wait was long. However, the staff was very friendly and pleasant! The ambience/atmosphere was a little odd when we arrived - you can see the entire back end and how much room there is but the front area for sitting is a lot smaller and feels oddly proportioned.

Since my first visit, Cloudland has quickly become my daily go-to. The staff and owner are wonderful and truly care about their customers, creating a space that is as comfortable as it is welcoming. Their medium roasts are top-tier, and they have a great selection of local offerings, including fresh bagels and various baked goods that pair perfectly with a morning brew. Highly recommended!
