I love this place. I used to eat pho a lot, but they all declined in taste and quality. But Gao Fresh Noodle's pho is what I remember from the past. Mainly, I'm talking about the broth. Gao's broth was not salty or greasy (overflowing with fat). It tasted clean and didn't even need the hot sauce. Well done. Service was fast and friendly. They even offered hot water without asking. Easy to find with plenty of parking. We will definitely come back for more pho.

Was on this side of town running errands/so happy to find something good when I’m back in the area. The pho is delicious I chose regular vermicelli noodles because of the texture preference and had no regrets.

Very good Vietnamese food in casual mall type location. Basic menu with chicken, pork belly, tofu or beef with pho soup, vermicelli, or rice. The menu is the QR scan kind. We ordered and the food came out super fast. We enjoyed the rocket shrimp appetizer 4pcs. #25 spicy beef noodle soup was good. Plenty of beef slices and meatballs. It was medium spicy. #45 sauteed beef rice was also good but we wish there was an option for double meat. In hindsight, they probably would have given more beef for a fee if we had asked but we did not think to because it wasn’t listed on the menu. The vermicelli or rice dishes are served with fresh lettuce, pickled daikon-carrot, and the classic Nuoc Cham dipping sauce (made from fish sauce). #50 chicken shrimp vermicelli was tasty. Only the vermicelli dish was served with fresh cilantro – that and the sauce really made the dish. The milk tea boba had very fresh boba but was a little less sweet than Gongcha (which we prefer) but very good. This is the best we’ve had FOR THIS AREA so that is why we gave them 5 stars. Overall a solid choice and we would return.

The service was great absolutely no issues there. There was no wait and the food came out fairly quickly and tasted fresh. Unfortunately, fresh is kind of where what’s good about the food I had ends. I can’t speak to the other items on the menu, but the beef pho and chicken pho leave a lot to be desired. It does not have a very authentic taste so if that is what you were hoping for you may be a little disappointed. The beef was very chewy and the broth was a tad bland, The chicken pho was nearly indistinguishable from any other chicken broth. The addition of the house noodles, which are a little thicker cut, made my bowl feel and taste like Campbell’s. As a general soup, it is pretty good. If you are craving that comfort pho this place might not hit that note for you. I suggest you try it for yourself because clearly a lot of other people think this place is very good.

Good pho. Wouldn't say 4.8 though. Maybe a 4.3. Pho broth didn't have that MSG umami intensity I have experienced before. Menu is a bit limited. Service is fast. Taro boba is great but mango boba was a bit bland.
