We’ve been coming to Uni Uni for a while for parent-son boba dates, and our kids still absolutely love it. It’s a great spot, but I wanted to leave some honest feedback for the owners because we’ve noticed a dip in quality lately. The shop is starting to look a bit neglected—the floors need a good sweep, and the cushions and decor look like they haven’t had a deep clean in months. More importantly, the customer service has become disappointing. We sometimes order a few different types of boba for the kids, and twice now, I’ve caught the staff openly rolling their eyes at our order. It’s a negative vibe that paying customers shouldn't experience. We’ll still visit when our son asks, but the staff definitely needs a reminder on basic hospitality. Hoping management can look into this and bring back the high standards Uni Uni used to have!

I recently stopped by Uni Uni Bubble Tea, and I was immediately drawn into their vibrant, magical world! If you are looking for a spot that combines a whimsical atmosphere with incredible flavors, this is it. The bright colors and the giant unicorn bursting from the wall were so amusing and made for the perfect backdrop. The store is fully decked out for the season with beautiful Christmas decor and an enchanting tree that feels so festive. Plus, they have the cutest claw machines I have ever seen—totally enchanting and a must-try for some quick fun! With the cold temperatures outside, I decided to go with a Hot Taro Milk Tea. It was sensational! It had just the right amount of sweetness without being sugary, which is exactly how I like it. For a snack, I tried their mozzarella sticks and curly fries. Those cheese sticks were thick, perfect, and definitely not your typical store-bought variety. While the curly fries were a bit underwhelming, you really can’t win them all! What truly made the visit special was the staff. They were super sweet and brought such an enthusiastic energy to their service. It is rare to see that level of exemplary customer service these days! Next time you are on this side of town, do yourself a favor and stop in. I ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and for just $1 extra, I got it in the adorable gingerbread-man cup-such a great deal and a fun souvenir! I also highly recommend the S'mores Croffle; they were the perfect warm and gooey treat. Oh also got the roasted milk tea which was good too. Fast, friendly service and a lot delicious drinks and snacks. If they have the seasonal cup, grab one for a seasonal souvenir. 🎄❄️☃️
