OTR AdminHands-down, the best meds spa ever! Love, Erin! She makes you feel very welcomed and really listens to your concerns. I have been going to this med spa for a couple years and love the results! They treat everyone like family. Sunna, the owner, is also very welcoming and attentive. Carter GilbertA relaxing environment with great staff! I had Holda for a tattoo removal (found them on Groupon) and she was very great, polite, and I loved how communicative she was about the procedure, explaining details about ink color and what she was doing and why. Everyone was very nice, it was very calming, and smelled really nice. They made sure I had an ice pack for the journey home, she rubbed some after care cream on it, and they offer numbing cream beforehand if you wish (an additional cost).

Dana ClancyFrom the time I walked in the door, I felt comfort! Erin greeted at me with a beautiful smile like she was more excited to see me then I was to come and get hair removal! By the end of my session, I got to speak with all three ladies they gave me well wishes. They cheered me on for my future endeavors with them and in life I just wanna say what a pleasant atmosphere and it starts with the customer service thank you.

Leila CHoda was amazing. She was so kind and explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable while getting my services done. She also recommended services based on a question I had. I ended up booking another appointment with her! Also, the receptionist was so welcoming and nice! She was so sweet.
