Sometimes five stars just isn’t enough… This is one of those cases! We were in touch with Jodi originally just for a quick question. But, ended up liking her candid demeanor that wasn’t pushy at all, so after a couple of weeks looking for the perfect diamond where we live in Pensacola Florida, we ended up calling her back in Georgia to have her acquire and set the diamond in our engagement ring! She and Harold, did a fantastic job! The ring turned out beautiful! And we could not be happier with what we received! We have already referred several people by word of mouth, and will continue to do so! Thanks again Jodi

Fine Design always provides above and beyond quality and customer service!!!! It has been the only jewelry store my husband and I have used for almost 30 years. When I discovered I‘d lost one of my favorite diamond earrings Jodi (Store owner along with her husband Harold) I didn’t hesitate to call and ask if she could locate a similar pair. When she couldn’t find what we were looking for she suggested that they could make and match the earring. That’s when the above and beyond in customer service started….. Jodi continued to keep me updated as she worked hard to find someone to make the mold for the matching earring. I would have completely understood if she’d said it couldn’t be done. Today my two matching beautiful earrings were delivered. I so appreciate all the work Jodi and Harold did to make this happen!!! We have purchased many gifts, we’ve had repairs done and even had a custom wedding ring made. There is no store I could give higher praise to or give a better recommendation

I have had about 4 opportunities to do business with Fine Designs. Each time was a completely wonderful experience. Several years ago I wanted to update my original wedding set. I walked in and found the absolute perfect ring. I happened to show it to a neighbor (someone who had been quite rude to me in the past). With no hesitation she announced that she was going to go get the exact same ring! A few days later I was back to Fine Designs to have my ring's size adjusted. Jodi told me that a neighbor had been in, asking for the same ring I had just purchased. I was very pleased when Jodi told me that she encouraged my neighbor to find a different ring; something that would be similar but different. This was something I really appreciated. I'm sorry a few people have had a less than wonderful experience. But I have been extremely pleased with Fine Designs in Jewelry.
