Nader MI ordered a few items online from Persian Basket, and overall, I had a very good experience. The ordering process was easy, and I would definitely recommend them. One of the items I ordered was Shirini Makhloot (mixed cookies), which arrived partially unsealed and somewhat crumbled. Since I had paid a little extra for shipping insurance, I was able to receive a refund accordingly, albeit after a few hiccups. That said, based on this experience, I would probably avoid ordering soft cookies or other items that can easily crumble during shipping in the future. Aside from that issue, I was very satisfied with my overall experience with Persian Basket.

F. Persia JamshidiI just placed an order, and I am already blown away by the customer service. A wonderful representative named Parisa spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me, patiently answering every single question I had—down to verifying the ingredient list to confirm there was no corn syrup in one specific product. As an Iranian, I know our culture is known for hospitality, but Parisa’s genuine care and thoroughness redefined the meaning of 'above and beyond' for me. I cannot wait to receive my big box of goodies. This is how you earn a customer for life.

Kayla MeadowsI called for help with building a closing gift basket for a client and she was wonderful! She sent me links to every product and made sure I stayed within my budget. She made it very easy and was on top of communication. They delivered it for free also! Highly recommend
