Lori LewisHappy Cat came to our rescue when our usual boarding place decided not to allow our blind Tuxedo cat to be boarded due to his RX diet and meds. We thought we would need to cancel our trip, but Happy Cat was able to make last minute accommodations for our family of 5. They took special care of our blind cat; he had his own room and they were able to help him get acclimated to his surroundings. The other 4 had a large room with places to climb and hide. A very good experience for them and us. They were taken care, petted, played with and brushed. The rooms are clean and the themes are very cool.

Linda TranI originally went to PetSmart for a lion cut for my cat, Maki, but it didn’t go well. They had to split it into two sessions because he was so stressed and upset, and he came home really traumatized. The shave wasn’t even clean, and I had to try to finish it myself. Wanting a better experience, I decided to try Happy Cat Hotel after a friend recommended them. I made sure to explain everything about my cat’s anxiety and past grooming experience. I booked a plush trim, and they were very understanding right away. They even mentioned that if he couldn’t handle it, we might need to consider medication to help him relax in the future. The communication was great, and I felt like they really listened and cared. I honestly expected we might need to split it into two sessions again, but they were able to complete everything in one visit! My cat came home calm, clean, and beautifully groomed. I also loved that the groomers left notes about how he did—it really shows how attentive they are. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Savhanna StewartHad my cat looking like a brand new woman! It was her first time getting groomed and she came out of the service less anxious than she went in. Her coat was shiny and dandruff free. They did an incredibly thorough job for an amazing price. Cannot recommend enough. She's been prancing around the house showing off her new coat.

The staff is amazing when it came to taking care of our pets, communication was excellent before on boarding and during the stay. Room was clean and cool, staff provided all necessities. Great place for cats to stay ❤️
