I love this deli! The atmosphere at Brooklyn Bagel is just as good as the food. The customer service is truly amazing—the staff always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, which makes a huge difference. And, of course, the food is stellar. The bagels are always fresh, and the entire menu, from the breakfast sandwiches to the deli items, is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. They really care about their customers and the food they put out. Pro Tip: Parking can be challenging, especially during the 7 AM to 9 AM rush, so plan accordingly! Stop by, you won't regret it!

Long time customer. Had two bagel sammies and got a bakers dozen to go. Got home and they are all pretty well cooked (way too dark) and barely any of them resemble a bagel, as in ROUND. First time this happened; doesn’t make it any better. It should be fun putting these in a toaster. Bagel maker had ONE JOB. I wanted bagels, not mini loaves of bread. Come on! Where is the usual quality control??? They taste the same, just awkward to deal with. Even Google recognized them as “Braided Bagel Twists” 😏

I finally got a chance to try this place after wanting to try it for so long. Service was great. Everybody was super friendly. The sandwich was great. It was hot and fresh. I had the jalapeño, sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. 5 stars

Decided to give this location another try. Walked on over and was happy to see an Israeli flag prominently displayed. The owner is actually a family friend and extremely supporting of the cause. Will continue to spend my hard earned dollars at such establishments. ___ I grew up in Israel and love bagels, my brothers wife's best friend, Susan, told me about Brooklyn bagel and Deli and I was excited to try it. I walked over here from my apartment and almost immediately walked out. the bagels were not bad, I would not say they were great, but they got the job done especially here in Georgia. But the place is an absolute dump. I dont think they've cleaned the inside since they've opened and there was a noticeable stench throughout. even the outside had some weird smell that I could not put my finger on. Also, my first bagel, a pumpernickel bagel, not toasted, with salmon cream cheese, tasted a bit old. I told the lady in the front and she changed it for me, the new one tasted ok but ok. I walked home and watched the game on my television and my wife asked me how my walk was and I told her that it started raining on my way home. I paid with cash and was happy that brooklyn Bagel & deli still accepts cash. They also did not have those self-serve machines, the one that doesnt have a human to help you, which I was happy about. I don't remember how much I paid but I left the house with a ten-dollar bill and came home with a a lot of singles. I know they are taking away the penny.
