This was Bai Tong restaurant before now taken over by Thai Squared. We liked the Thai Square in Alpharetta, however I think there are much tastier Thai places than this. The food is good but is not great as compared to others that are more Authentic, such as Thai Basil, SriThai etc. The interior of this restaurant is beautiful, very nice decor and setting. The prices are bit expensive I felt compared to others in similar category.

Eating at Thai Squared made me realize how good Thai food can be. I got used to getting Thai options at local Chinese takeout joints. The food at Thai Squared is orders of magnitude better. Authentic flavors, great portions, visually appealing and great service.

My friend has been here 3 times since she started working in the area so when I met up with her for lunch this week she recommended we come here. The staff were all friendly upon greeting us in & during our entire time there. They have a variety of options from stir fried, noodles, fried rice, soup, etc. I ordered the Spicy basil stir fry with fried tofu. It was so good & flavorful. My only wish is that I was given more tofu than vegetables. My friend ordered the Spicy basil fried rice with chicken & Coconut soup. She said both were 10/10. This will be our go to spot for lunch when I come to visit her now.

Among other Thai restaurants in the area, I was disappointed by my experience here. The service was slow and inattentive, so the Tom Yum Soup we ordered did not come until we had to ask again. We also did not have water at the table and had to ask for some. The prices are sky-high for the dishes, but the food itself is decent in flavor and taste. Overall, would not return.
