My stay at the Hilton was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The location couldn’t have been better — close to the gym and plenty of shopping, which made everything easy and convenient. What really stood out though was Candra at the front desk. She was the cherry on top. Welcoming, helpful, and genuinely friendly — she made all the difference in our stay. Service like that matters, and she delivered. Thank you, Candra. We truly appreciated you.

Hotel was fine. I had zero issues with the room but I felt compelled to review due to your excellent staff. The staff in the morning were just the nicest people and the breakfast was actually really good! Which I generally don't find to be the case at hotels.

I personally have not stayed at this hotel but I have put coworkers in this hotel to attend training. I have spoken to Gloria on multiple occasions to get cc auth forms and copies of their bills for our expense reports. Gloria is always so kind and patient, making sure I get what I need. Thank you Gloria for always assisting me!

Room 325 has a dripping shower head on the metal plate in the shower. The toilet need to be bolted to the floor better. We were offered another room, but declined it because we were already settled in and too tired to move everything. The last night before check-out, I wanted coffee. We tried making coffee and realized the coffee maker in that room was plugged in, buy didn't work! We always stay at Hilton Garden Inn and this is the first time we ever had this issue.
