Akilah NealAbsolutely, phenomenal customer service! They handled my call with such care, and the technician (Shy) did an AMAZING job on my Brazilian wax. She took her time, engaged in great conversation, and made sure I felt comfortable during the entire process. Additionally, she paid close attention to the details. Shy also ensured I understood pricing and package options. I was very, very impressed with her skills. I will be BACK to book with her in 4 weeks!

Maresa QuinnI never leave reviews, but I felt like I had to today after the wonderful session I had. Shital was amazing! First time Brazilian here... I was very anxious, and she explained everything before she did it. She made me feel at ease, and I didn't even feel embarrassed having my legs up in the air, lol. She definitely has herself a regular client 😀

Olivia PearsonI had a great experience at Sugar and Wax yesterday! Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. I definitely recommend booking with Shy Riley. She was so friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable in the space. Definitely visiting again soon!

kelly WebbHad my first threading done today and loved it. I normally turn lobster red but this time I’m only ever so slightly pink because my skin is just mean and it was great. The exfoliation feels so good on my skin from it and my eyebrows look 1000 times better than they have in about five years. Will be coming back.

VictoriaShital is the best. I’ve been going to her for years and will never see anyone else. She is gentle, thorough, and fast! My skin always feels great afterwards.
