D'Maia AndersonThis was my first time ever trying crave. Firstly, I will say the cookies were absolutely delicious, best I’ve ever had. Very thick and sweet plus they offer delivery service so that was very convenient. The only issue is I ordered a 4 pack and only received 3 cookies. I was missing the key lime flavor which was the main one I wanted to try. Not worth calling & causing an issue over $5 but wish I would have received it. Edit: Refund was given which I thought was very kind. There was also a delivery issue (not the restaurants fault in anyway) that they helped me resolve easily. I’ve done another pickup and delivery since then also that went very well and the cookies were delicious everytime. Still the best I’ve ever had

Brandi JonesThe cookies are delicious and when I found out we had a Crave nearby I promptly placed an order for my office. I'm sad to say that the gluten-free cookies were in the same box with the rest of the cookies and unlabeled. It was hard to determine the GF ones and they were surrounded by wheat, which meant our gluten sensitive folks couldn't enjoy any cookies. Other companies send the GF items in separate baggies so I was surprised. What really ticked me off is that I tried to call the phone number listed for 2 days with no answer.

Steph BWhat a treat! This new Crave cookie store has gourmet cookies in flavors to please everyone. I got the Chocolate Lava and the Chocolate Chip cookies. Both were so delicious and even though I intended to only eat half at a time, it didn't work out that way because they were so delectable! The two gentlemen that served me were so friendly and made my first visit to Crave great. I'll be back and will even get some for friends and family for the holidays.
