Jay Y.Burgers and service were exceptional. The burger patties my wife and I ordered were the stars of the show! Show juice and flavorful. My ONLY knock is that the restaurant was overly warm to the point it was uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend burgers from here. Just next time don't let the kitchen overheat the store.

Chet DonnellyStopped by The Burger Factory for lunch today and tried the Fire Burger and the Mushroom Swiss Burger. Both burgers were solid. The patties were cooked well, the toppings were fresh, and the fries were crispy. The Fire Burger had a nice kick without being overpowering, while the Mushroom Swiss was a classic, well-balanced burger. My biggest takeaway was the value. The food was good, but I felt it was priced a little higher than what was on the plate. It didn't quite leave me with that "I can't wait to come back" feeling, but it was still an enjoyable lunch.

Flomena AngelinaHad a wonderful experience at Burger Factory! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. A special shoutout to the young man who served us—he brought us two different house-made sauces to try because we couldn't decide between them. Both sauces were so good that we still couldn't pick a favorite! His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made our visit even better. It's always nice to be helped by someone who genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience. We'll definitely be back! 🍔😊
