service: 5 decor: 3-4 (average) food: 4 (banh mi beef sandwich isnt on menu, you need to ask, the beef was so soft and sandwich was great 5 star. pho soup was alright, the meat was soft just soup slightly lacked 'viet pho flavor'). medium soup was a large bowl 🙂 plenty of parking

Great location and clean, but let down by indifferent service. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, likely my last. The restaurant occupies a prime location and is surprisingly large and much cleaner than your typical pho spot. However, it quickly became clear why the dining room was mostly empty. The prices are on the higher side, which is somewhat expected for the Johns Creek area, and the food itself is acceptable and perfectly fine. The real issue is the service. While the staff wasn't outright rude, they lacked any sense of hospitality or attentiveness. It felt like a classic case of an establishment run strictly by family members who know they won't face consequences for indifferent service. Good food and a clean space aren't enough to make up for a complete lack of service mindset.

I tried this Vietnamese restaurant for the first time and honestly had a pretty good experience. The pho was flavorful without being too heavy, and the broth had a nice balance to it. I also liked the fresh herbs and veggies that came with the meal. The portions were decent and the food came out quicker than I expected. Service was friendly, although it was a little slow when they got busy. Overall, a solid spot for Vietnamese food if you're in the area. Nothing overly fancy, just good food and a relaxed atmosphere. I’d probably come back and try some of the other dishes next time.

Great Pho but lots of other things on the menu. It’s our go-to for pho when we are in the area!
