The friendly bakery is a place that everyone in my family loves. This place is also a regular spot for church gatherings in our neighborhood. Healthy bread baked with care and delicious sandwiches always satisfy us. The warm smiles of the kind owner and staff make this place even more special. I hosted my BIRTHDAY PARTY here yesterday with my girlfriends... This place is phenomenal. They made my day. All my friends were very happy with food, service and all the arrangements. The theme was Chai Party...loads of fun. The employees and family members all were there helping us with whatever we needed. Served us with lots of love and went above and beyond. A New Party place in Atlanta. Instead of having your friends or family at home, plan your get together at The Great Harvest , Johnscreek, GA.

Awesome homemade bread! We have loved this place for years and years. Great sandwiches, bread, and pastries. Recently tried their gluten free cinnamon chip scone and it was delicious. Even better heated up! I loved that they put the gluten free items separate from the others.

I wish I could give this business a higher rating, but I have to be transparent about the experience. The bread on the sandwich was soft and warm. They have cookies, canned drinks, fountain drinks, and loafs you can buy. Such kind warm staff (4) at the John's Creek location but I can't recommend. There was crumbs and debris on every table and floor area that I walked passed including the one we ate at. It appears they arent organized enough to have a cleaning schedule OR they simply don't clean. They had a hiring sign, but the owner should come in to clean if the staff won't. Cleanliness in the back and front store is non-negotiable when handling food. All I kept thinking about was if or how long it'd take for rodents to start coming in there. The His/Her restroom had no paper towels so after washing hands, everyone has to retouch the door they locked when hands were dirty just to open the door. I did see the staff using the same bathroom as the customers, stating the restroom near their work station wasn't working. There is a 2nd location in Alpharetta location off of 400- exit 12 which has squeaky clean tables, floor mats, and the staff was knowledgeable on breads when we asked. Its probably best to just go to the Alpharetta location just to make sure one don't suffer from any cross contamination experiences. We hope this business can get sanitation training so it can live by it's name....Great.
