Alexander MacdonaldThe T-Bar row machine has been broken for since April 2026. Pull day is not complete without the T-Bar. Many of the benches have loose screws, missing nuts and screws. Accident ready to happen. Other than the above I do enjoy the gym. Just want to see some maintenance on the equipment. The staff is nice and overall a good place to workout.

Lisa MaydwellI enjoy working out here. The classes are fabulous and the human touch chair is heavenly. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Stan the Man. .y favorite are the classes. Joan, Elise, and Liesa are great instructors. Thr gym is always clean and the machines all work.

Alyssa MorganI have been a loyal Crunch member for the past 3 years, but reached a point in my fitness journey where Crunch wasn’t supporting my lifestyle and fitness goals anymore. I had to go to the location to cancel my membership (which is inconvenient but fine). I was met with two adult male employees asking me personal questions about my cancellation, my personal finances, and would not stop pushing me about these questions even after I told them I was not interested and just wanted to cancel my membership. I love Crunch and it supported my fitness goals for so long, and I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this staff response. Crunch, please do better and teach your employees respectful communication to members and non-members alike.
