Whether you’re interested in public art, live musical performances or even art-related events, there’s a piece of creativity waiting for you.

Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra

The vision behind creating the Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra was to enhance the quality of life for residents of Johns Creek through performances and outreach programs. Today, the orchestra is led by Maestro Henry Cheng and comprises musicians from the greater Atlanta metro area. Along with their exceptional themed concerts, JCSO also works hard to connect the local community to music through their Meet the Maestro events, free admission for students and other outreach initiatives. Dive deeper into this music collective by checking out their website for more information on upcoming events!

Johns Creek Chorale

Bringing together a total of 100 men and women from diverse backgrounds, the Johns Creek Chorale is another creative outlet for the community. The goal of this chorale was to give locals an opportunity to share their love of singing and choral music, thereby creating yet another avenue for self-expression. They often partner with JCSO at events such as the recent Imagine: From Our Family to Yours holiday concert, bringing two sides of Johns Creek’s music scene together! Public Art

The beauty of Johns Creek’s public art scene is that it can be experienced anywhere in the city. Whether you’re taking a relaxing walk at one of our parks or simply driving through the community, you’re bound to find a statue, mural or work of art to admire. “The Bridge,” for example, is a 34-foot wide sculpture that can be found at Cauley Creek Park. It was crafted with repurposed steel from the historic Rogers Bridge by artist IIan Averbuch, symbolizing the past and future of Johns Creek. Other can’t-miss sculptures include “Ferns” at Creekside Park and “Entwined Strength”, a unique metal horse located at Bell-Boles roundabout. There are also a plethora of murals to discover, including “Everyone Has a Seat at the Creek” located in Newtown Park, and the Johns Creek Tunnel mural, which can be found underneath Medlock Bridge Road.
