If you haven’t already heard the news, a new 43-acre mixed-use development called Medley is coming to Johns Creek! This exciting initiative is led by Toro Development, whose founder, Mark Toro, has pioneered similar mixed-use developments, including the Avalon in Alpharetta and Colony Square in Midtown Atlanta. This space will be located at the intersection of Johns Creek Parkway and McGinnis Ferry Road, featuring 150,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment. Within this area, there will be 750 luxury homes, 133 townhomes, an impressive 15,000 square foot outdoor plaza, a 150-room boutique hotel and 110,000 square feet of office space. The timeline of the project is expected to break ground this year with an estimated opening in 2026.

The addition of Medley to Johns Creek means that our community will soon become a true live, work, play city, giving residents access to everything they need from fine dining and retail to community events and more like never before. New Retail and Dining Spots Confirmed
While the final details of all of the incredible shops and restaurants that will soon call Medley home are yet to be announced, new spots have been confirmed by the area! For foodie lovers, Rena’s Italian Fishery & Grill, Cru Food & Wine Bar, 26 Thai Kitchen and Bar, Fado Irish Pub and Lily Sushi Bar have all been confirmed, each bringing its unique flair and cuisine to the community. For a sweet treat, Five Daughters Bakery, which is based out of Tennessee, will soon be joining the area, offering its decadent 100-layer croissant-style organic donuts for locals and visitors alike to enjoy. Another addition to the mix is Summit Coffee, a local coffee shop with locations in Dunwoody and Atlanta that has a menu of housemade pastries, homemade syrups and delicious coffee-based drinks. Besides dining, residents will get to enjoy other retail spots like Drybar Shops, Clean Your Dirty Face, and High Country Outfitters.
